Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship our veterinary notes and study materials worldwide.
Carriers:
We’ve partnered with FedEx Post for standard and express domestic shipping, as well as standard international orders. For express international orders, we use DHL Express International.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard global shipping on all orders.
Shipping Upgrade:
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to upgrade the shipping method.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours before being shipped. Digital products are available for instant download after purchase.
Custom Duties and Taxes:
International orders may incur customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Overnight Shipping:
We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
