Return & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • Physical Products: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags, and in their original packaging. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to accept refund requests for these items.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


How to Start a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@myvetnotes.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

If your return or refund is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation along with step-by-step instructions within 1 business day. Physical products must be returned as instructed.

Refunds will be issued once we’ve verified that the item has been returned in its original condition. Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • In refund cases, shipping is not covered, and a $10 restocking fee will apply.

We recommend reaching out before sending anything back, as availability may vary. We’re here to make sure you’re taken care of properly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 24 hours and include clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.


Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, simply place a new order for the item you want.


Refund Timing

We’ll notify you once we’ve reviewed your return or refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Keep in mind, it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
